Checkpoint

2023 gave me a lot of growth as a professional musician. Traveling and performing became my full time job, I wrote songs that feel like my better ones to date, my performances themselves improved in skill and presence with an audience, and so many more signs I could go all day listing.

So I felt a good way to mark this checkpoint would be to release another round of recorded music for all of you good people to listen to whenever you please. Where Miracles Play consists of 8 original songs that have grown to be some of my favorites, along with an improved version of my instrumental, Ten Sleep Creek. I decided to go back to recording live and solo to embody what I’ve been doing out in the world. Sharing tunes up front as I am. I hope you’ll enjoy this one. The album releases on April 1st.

Return to the Start

Last night I had the wonderful privilege of returning to my old stomping grounds of Metro Coffee Company for their new Songwriter’s Showcase series. It was a packed house full of friends, loved ones, and more.

It’s quite a milestone to come back to the place I first started performing, and this time invited back for my own spotlight. I’m greatly looking forward to everything that comes next.

A Career Milestone

I had the amazing privilege of getting to play for Artcore during one of their music and poetry nights. Artcore has been my main source of inspiration since I was in grade school, so to be on the other end of the spectrum shows that I’ve made it somewhere in music. The show was also at the Downtown Grill. Another place I’ve always wanted to play at. Two dreams were lived in one show!

Double Release

Not even a year after the first, and two more albums have made it into the world. Little Birds, and A Wonder to Stay.

Little Birds Album Art.jpg

Little Birds is a nine track album with songs about the springtime of life, when we become inspired to go out into the world for adventure to find and learn things we never knew of. This project was recorded, mixed, and mastered in Bozeman, Montana at Basecamp Studios by Chris Cunningham. The sound he creates is incredibly whole and can immerse you into imagination.

A wonder to stay Album art.jpg

A Wonder to Stay is a four track EP recorded raw with MayaMusic307 in Casper, Wyoming. These songs are about coming back from adventure and finding the wonder in the familiar sights and events. The tracks sound like listening to an old vinyl record. So if you like vinyl you may enjoy this one.
